I dedicated myself to the real estate profession after being an educator for over 5 years. My experience in the teaching profession as well as growing up in a military family have all contributed to my successes as a REALTOR®. Both have provided me with an appreciation for diversity, respect for cultural differences, and a broader range of thinking.

As a resident for more than 17 years I have seen Austin grow and change. I love the quality of life that we have experienced in Austin and get very excited with the opportunity to help people in their venture to relocate in the Austin area. I work very hard keeping up with our growing city by empowering myself with education, seminars and tours.

SELLING YOUR HOME: As your Listing Agent, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive marketing plan, outlining all my services, from coaching you on the “detailing” and pricing your property, to advertising your property. I’ll help you make your property attractive to buyers. Once an offer is received, I’ll guide you through the negotiations from contract to closing.

 

PURCHASING A HOME: Having gone through the home buying process myself, I understand firsthand the stress that goes along with the process. As your Buyer Representative, I will guide you through the entire process and help alleviate some of that stress. Together, we’ll find you a home that fits your needs, your lifestyle, and your budget.

 

LEASING A HOME: Not all REALTORS® are active in the leasing market. Whether you have a property for lease or are looking for a home to rent, it’s important to have a competent, qualified REALTOR®
